Eat enough fiber. Stir in onion, cooked rice, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt and 1/2 can of tomato soup. Filling cabbage leaves. Its perfect. (If your leaves are smaller go one tbsp, if your leaves are larger use 2 tbsps of mixture).
