Over the past couple of years I have focused on building a collection of commentaries that will include only the best volumes on each book of the Bible. Ruth and Naomi . Daniel Strain is the author of the Ruth and Esther commentary in the Focus on the Bible series. In next week’s commentary on Ruth 3:1-5 and 4:13-17, I will focus on the happy resolution of the story and reflect on its theological implications.
